RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN POLICY

1. Digital Products: Starklass offers digital educational courses and live classes. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide returns or refunds for these purchases.
   
2. Course Content: Once a course is purchased, you will have access to the course content immediately. As such, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the course content. We encourage you to review the course details and curriculum before making a purchase.
   
3. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues accessing the digital content, please contact our support team at support@starklass.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and resolve any technical problems.
   

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation of Live Classes: If you have registered for a live class and need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class may not be eligible for a refund.
   
2. Course Enrollment: Once you enroll in a course, you commit to participating in the educational program. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, the following conditions apply:
   
• Cancellation within 7 days of course enrollment: Full refund.
  
• Cancellation after 7 days of course enrollment: No refund.
  
3. Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
   

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION BY STARKLASS

1. Course Modifications: Starklass reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors when necessary. In the event of such changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants.
   
2. Cancellation of Live Classes: Starklass may cancel live classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor unavailability or technical issues. In the event of a class cancellation, participants will be notified, and options for rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
   
3. Refund Eligibility: In cases where Starklass cancels a live class or modifies a course significantly, participants may be eligible for a refund or credit towards another course.
